The North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association (NCRLA) Board of Directors has elected Lance Trenary, President and CEO of Golden Corral, to serve as Chair for 2016.

Our organization will truly be in good hands, and our industry will benefit from his leadership.”
Lance Trenary began his career in the restaurant business when he was 9 years old, washing dishes in his father’s restaurants. He joined Golden Corral in 1985, rose through the ranks and was appointed President & CEO in 2015. Lance attended Mississippi State University and later went on to complete the Executive Management Education program at the University of North Carolina. He also completed the rigorous Advanced Management Program at Harvard University Business School. He lives in Raleigh with his wife of more than 30 years and has two adult daughters.
