As the philanthropic arm of the North Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association, the NCRLA Foundation exists to enhance the hospitality industry’s service to the community we serve. We provide scholarships, educational support, and training to those who aspire to careers in the hospitality industry. We also provide grants and other financial assistance to current and former employees and their families who are facing hardships.

The NC Hospitality Workers Relief Fund is managed through the NCRLA Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that has provided over $1.5 million in financial assistance to NC restaurant and hotel employees.
