ServSafe® Manager Certification

Training and certification made easy

Don’t let your restaurant receive a two-point violation on your health department score. North Carolina law requires every foodservice establishment have a certified manager on duty at all times. The ServSafe® Manager Certification last five years. Be ServSafe® certified!

This one-day session will review the key terms and concepts from the ServSafe® textbook and is followed by a 90-question, multiple-choice accredited exam. Passing score is 75 percent or higher. The ServSafe® Manager Certification course is offered in-person and online. *Those who take the course online must have their exam proctored in-person by a certified ServSafe® trainer.
