This form allows you to review the nominations submitted for each award category and cast your votes for the most deserving candidates.

How It Works:

  • Review Nominations: Carefully review the nominations for each category, considering the candidate’s dedication, leadership, and contributions to the hospitality industry.
  • Cast Your Votes: You are required to select your top choice in each award category. Your votes will help determine the recipients of this year’s prestigious awards.
  • Submit the form: Ensure you complete and submit your votes by Monday, January 6th.

2025 Stars of the Industry Awards Nominees

Restaurant Employee of the Year(Required)
This award recognizes a line-level restaurant employee who displays exceptional service and dedication to hospitality. Nominees should carry themselves with professionalism, exemplify leadership, and have been employed at an NCRLA member restaurant for at least one year. Please select your top three choices.
Restaurant Manager of the Year(Required)
This award celebrates a management-level restaurant employee who exhibits outstanding service, commitment to excellence, and leadership in hospitality. Nominees must have worked at a member restaurant for at least one year. Please select your top three choices.
Restaurateur of the Year(Required)
This award honors a restaurant owner or company that is highly regarded by fellow operators, employees, and the community. Nominees must be restaurant members in good standing with NCRLA and demonstrate excellence in business operations and community involvement. This award also considers the nominee’s contributions to the industry’s image and commitment to promoting and protecting the foodservice industry. Please select your top choice.
Ken Conrad Award for Service to the Community(Required)
This award is in honor of Ken Conrad and recognizes NCRLA members who have made a meaningful charitable impact in their community.
