Foodborne Illness Reporting

All food and drink establishments must report all outbreaks or suspected outbreaks of foodborne illness in its customers or employees and all suspected cases of foodborne disease or foodborne condition in food handlers at the establishment by telephone to the local health department within 24 hours of discovering the illness or disease.
