Please join us for the NC ProStart Educator Summer Workshop being held in Greensboro, July 23-24, as a part of the NC CTE Summer Conference.
On Monday, educators will tour a local hotel and restaurant that specialize in sustainability and local sourcing. Educators will hear from company executives and learn about curriculum-related topics while visiting the hospitality partner. On Tuesday, educators will attend focus sessions to learn about the new ProStart curriculum and hear best practice strategies from teachers that have piloted the curriculum this year.
Lunch both days is included in the cost of the workshop. Educators should plan to attend the preconference in it’s entirety to receive professional development credit from NCRLA.
This event is held in collaboration with NC DPI and serves as a pre-conference to the NC CTE Summer Conference.
