NCRLA is excited to announce to our team, Carolyn K. Griffin our new Food Safety and Lodging Regulations Specialist. Carolyn brings 30 years of experience to the table and would like to meet our NCRLA members during a webinar on April 6th at 10am. Carolyn will be live to answer any questions members may have about NC Food Code, food safety and regulations as they pertain to food service or lodging establishments. Carolyn can also assist your hospitality business establishment with education information personalized to your facility’s needs.
