  • When November 9, 2020, 11 am – 12 pm

Join us Monday, November 9th at 11:00 am as Family Forward NC presents “COVID-19 Rapid Response Panel Discussion.”

A panel discussion about how family-friendly workplace practices help employers reopen faster and more strategically, bring employees back earlier and more fully and create a culture of ongoing safety for workers and families. These benefits can help entice talented people back to work and to remain with your business.

Lynn Minges, President and CEO of the NC Restaurant and Lodging Association, will moderate the panel featuring:

  • Jim Needell of Performentor, with 25 years of experience in hospitality, both in operations and HR. Jim has a BS in management and marketing followed by a degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Occupational Studies.
  • Steve Wuench, co-owner of East Cut Sandwich Bar in Durham. Open for two years, East Cut has been working to build a family-friendly workplace.
  • Lisa Finaldi, Community Engagement Leader, NC Early Childhood Foundation.

Attending the panel discussion will give you access to a three-part video series and a companion Return to Work Kit for the hospitality industry. You will also be eligible to apply for no-cost one-to-one or group HR support to identify industry-appropriate family friendly practices that will allow for the continued viability of your business and the continued health and well-being of parents and their children.

This webinar is free, however registration is required. Click here to register.
