  • S.B. 155, the Brunch Bill, was signed into law by Gov. Roy Cooper on June 30. Municipalities are now in the process of adopting city and county ordinances permitting the sale of alcohol beginning at 10 a.m. on Sundays. To find out if your municipality has opted-in, click here.  
  • NCRLA has prepared a "Brunch Bill Ordinance Toolkit" free of charge. It contains general Brunch Bill information; talking points on why the bill should be adopted on a local level; how to communicate about the bill with local officials; and a social media guide.
