NCRLA Support Team

NCRLA’s legal and regulatory team assists restaurants and hoteliers with questions on health department issues, food code, ABC regulations, occupancy and meals tax issues, innkeeper’s rights, and other day-to-day legal, regulatory and operational issues that affect North Carolina restaurant and lodging properties. There is no other entity that is as well-versed in North Carolina law relating to restaurant and lodging operations than NCRLA.

As members of our association, you can contact us any time for help with all of your important questions and needs.

Our legal and regulatory team is here when you need them. To contact a NCRLA team member, send us an email or call us anytime.
