ServSafe offers four specific training certifications: Food Safety Manager, ServSafe Food Handler, Alcohol and Allergens. All are conveniently offered online at ServSafe.com or in classrooms at one of our preferred providers. The exam proctor will need to be physically present to administer the Food Safety Manager assessment. All other assessments may be taken online or in a classroom.
NCRLA members receive a 20 percent discount.
All North Carolina public schools receive a 15 percent discount.

Online Training with In-Person Proctoring
ServSafe offers four specific educational products, all of which are conveniently offered online. Those who take the course online must have their exam proctored in-person by a certified ServSafe trainer. NCRLA members get a 10 percent discount.
